-Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:30pm
-Friday (1-2x month): 8:30am-2:30pm
Job Description:
You will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans and coordinating insurance benefits. You will work closely with patients to ensure they understand their treatment options, insurance coverage, and financial responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Present tx plans to patients, highlight benefits/ address concerns
- Verify and process dental insurance benefits for patients
- Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve discrepancies
- Provide patients w/ detailed explanation of insurance coverage
- Post payments and insurance claims, ensuring accurate and complete billing codes
- Balance patient accounts and handle billing inquiries
- Assist in managing patient inquiries and follow-up tx calls
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care and scheduling
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
