Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Owner Operators to join our team in the appliance delivery and installation sector. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting, delivering, and expertly installing/delivering a wide range of appliances directly to customers’ homes and businesses. Your expertise will ensure a seamless customer experience, combining technical proficiency with outstanding customer service. This position offers a dynamic environment where your mechanical skills, electrical knowledge, and field service experience will shine, supporting our commitment to quality and reliability.
Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver appliances promptly and efficiently to customer locations.
- Provide your own 26ft box truck w/liftgate
- Perform precise appliance installations/deliveries, including connecting electrical, plumbing, and ventilation components as required.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues on-site using schematics, ladder use, hand tools, and power tools to diagnose and resolve problems effectively.
- Conduct appliance repairs or adjustments on-site, ensuring optimal operation before customer sign-off.
- Follow detailed schematics and technical manuals during installation and repair processes to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain clear communication with customers throughout delivery and installation, providing excellent customer service and answering questions professionally.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately, including delivery logs, installation reports, and equipment troubleshooting records.

Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair, assembly, and equipment repair.
- Proficiency in electrical work, refrigeration systems, plumbing connections, and understanding of schematics.
- Skilled in the use of ladder use, hand tools, power tools, and other field service equipment for installation and troubleshooting tasks.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics for complex appliance systems.
- Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices to ensure ongoing equipment performance.
- Capable of operating company vehicles safely while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and clear communication during all interactions.
