A regional recycling company is looking for experienced Tractor Trailer Drivers to join its team in Sterling, VA. We employ over 150 employees across 10 locations and offer steady, year-round work.
Position Overview
- Operate a 53-foot tractor trailer picking up loads from customers, facilities and job sites
- Roll-off and dump trailer (Monstar) driving required
- Monstar/dump trailer experience is a strong plus
- Routes are provided each morning
- Home daily. Start time is typically around 7:00 AM; end times vary depending on the route.

- Tractor Trailer
- Roll-Off Truck
- Dump Trailer (Monstar)
Primary Responsibilities
- Safely navigate assigned routes and stops
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Deliver and pick up roll-off containers when assigned
- Secure loads properly (including climbing on dump trailers)
- Provide professional, customer-friendly service at job sites
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of tractor trailer driving experience
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb to secure loads
- Willingness to operate multiple types of equipment
Preferred Experience
- Dump trailer or Monstar experience
- Roll-off experience
- Customer-facing driving roles
