Job Summary
The Blend Tech is responsible for blending custom seasonings for a variety of customers and assisting in the fulfillment of spice orders. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
Essential Functions
- Blend custom seasonings according to precise recipes and customer specifications.
- Consistently lift and move 50-pound bags, boxes, or containers in various environments.
- Assist with fulfillment and production tasks, including filling and sealing bags using auger fillers, band sealers, and hand sealers.
- Inspect product quality and report any defects.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the day.
- Support cleaning and maintenance of the production floor at the end of the day and week.
- Assist in maintaining the back stock area and help with general production area upkeep, including restrooms.
- Work closely with team members and assist as needed or instructed.
- Follow assigned schedule and comply with company policies, including personnel, safety, and timekeeping procedures.

- Must be able to perform general physical activities.
- Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail is very important.
- Basic math and reading skills required.
- Ability to receive and follow directions.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be punctual and have dependable transportation.
- Bilingual a plus.
Minimum Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One (1) year of job-related experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
