We’re looking for painters who already understand the trade, can contribute on the job from day one, and take pride in producing clean, professional work.
Our projects are primarily located throughout the western and southwest Chicago suburbs.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional residential painting experience preferred
- Strong brush and roller skills
- Able to cut clean lines and produce a professional finish
- Experience with interior and exterior painting
- Comfortable with sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and general surface preparation
- Comfortable working from ladders
- Spray experience is a plus
- Able to work independently and as part of a crew
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
This position is intended for experienced painters. You should already be comfortable performing standard painting and preparation work without needing constant instruction.
Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior residential painting
- Brush, roll, and spray application
- Surface preparation including sanding, patching, caulking, and masking
- Protecting floors, furniture, landscaping, and customer property
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Following company procedures and quality standards
- Communicating professionally with homeowners and coworkers
Work Location
This is an on-the-road position. Job locations change based on our project schedule throughout the western and southwest Chicago suburbs.
Employees are responsible for getting themselves to the job site each day, so reliable transportation is required.
