It is that time again – Abbey Farms Pumpkin Daze Festival 2026. This will be our 17th annual Festival, and we need to start thinking about staffing.
Abbey Farms in Aurora, IL., a non-profit part of the Marmion Community, needs seasonal part-time staff who are 16 years of age or older, starting in September and running through Halloween. Kitchen help, Donut makers, Concession stand operators, register help, outside attraction operators, and tractor drivers (must be 21 and over).
We have flexible weekday hours after school and on the weekends. Must be able to work at least 10 hours a week AND work on Columbus Day. We have weekday hours available between 9:30 and 3:30 on Wednesdays through Fridays. These hours are suitable for stay-at-home parents, retirees, college and homeschooled students.
Also this year, we are looking for decicated pumpkin pickers to work Tuesday-Friday from 3:30 to 6:00 pm. You will help pick and transport pumpkins to various locations throughout the park.
Looking for people from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Saturday nights in October to work our night corn maze walk event, with fire pits, food, and beverages.
All employees must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
