$60,000 Salary + Company Truck + Performance Bonuses
Allstate Exteriors is growing and is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our production team.
We're looking for someone who has spent years in the field leading roofing or siding crews—not someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day.
What You'll Do
- Manage residential roofing and exterior projects
- Lead subcontractors and installation crews
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and with exceptional quality
- Meet with homeowners throughout the project
- Inspect workmanship
- Coordinate with our office and warehouse
- Resolve field issues quickly
- Complete final walkthroughs
- Collect final payments when needed
Qualifications
- 10+ years of roofing, siding, or exterior construction experience
- Experience leading crews or supervising projects
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable climbing roofs and inspecting work
- Able to use a smartphone or tablet
