Paramont Mfg LLC is currently hiring full-time Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. Our Production Associates play an essential role in transforming raw materials into high-quality heavy-duty vehicle hoods and body components that are shipped throughout the world.
Opportunities are available in Trimming, Bonding, Prep/Paint, and Packaging. These safety-sensitive positions support multiple stages of our manufacturing process and are critical to producing world-class products that meet our quality standards.
Employees in these roles must be able to stand for the duration of their shift and lift up to 75 lbs. while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The work environment includes loud noises, strong odors, dust, adhesives, paints, and cleaning materials and may not be suitable for individuals with sensitivities to these conditions.
These are entry-level positions, and all new associates will complete a training program on 1st shift before transitioning to their assigned schedule. All required personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided by the company, and comprehensive training is provided on equipment operation, safety procedures, quality standards, and production processes.
Schedule:
2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm: Monday to Friday
3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am: Sunday to Thursday
Position Responsibilities
Depending on department assignment, responsibilities may include:
Trimming
Help shape our products by inspecting molded parts, removing excess material, and ensuring every component meets quality standards. Operate hand and power tools such as routers, drills, and cutting tools to prepare products for the next stage of production.
Bonding
Build strength and structure into our products by bonding (gluing) and assembling molded components. Use adhesives, cleaning materials, routers, drills, and other hand tools to produce durable, production-ready parts.
Prep/Paint
Prepare products for final inspection by performing surface preparation, minor cosmetic repairs, sanding, cleaning, masking, and painting. Move product racks and climb step ladders as needed while maintaining quality standards.
Packaging
