Ledgeview Construction is an established general contracting company specializing in residential construction. We're looking for a reliable, organized Office Assistant to keep our daily operations running smoothly and support our project teams.
Job Summary
The Office Assistant will handle administrative tasks, support project coordination, and serve as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping entries
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with permit applications and document tracking
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Order office and job-site supplies
- Prepare and distribute project documents, contracts, and reports
- Provide general administrative support to project managers and ownership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus)
- 1–2 years of administrative or office experience (construction industry preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or construction management software a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
