Lead Technology Specialist
TQI Solutions is seeking a Lead Technology Specialist to support the operations, maintenance, enhancement, and modernization of mission-critical management information systems supporting Department of the Navy (DON). This position serves as a technical lead responsible for system development, workflow automation, Microsoft Power Platform solutions, SharePoint administration, compliance-driven system enhancements, reporting capabilities, and lifecycle management activities supporting RPITMS operations within the Navy Flank Speed (NFS) M365 environment. This position is onsite in Chesapeake, VA.
Responsibilities:

Lead the development, enhancement, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of management information systems and workflow solutions.

Serve in a technical lead capacity overseeing system design, development activities, troubleshooting, and solution implementation.

Develop, test, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI applications.

Support compliance-driven workflows including protocol tracking, approval routing, audit readiness, automated notifications, and reporting functions.

Administer and maintain Microsoft SharePoint Online sites, libraries, permissions, lists, and associated data structures.

Support Agile Scrum project management activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Azure DevOps coordination.

Support configuration management, testing activities, release management, and deployment processes across development and production environments.

Ensure all development activities align with Section 508 accessibility requirements and Government-established UI standards.

Analyze Government-issued SOPs, work instructions, and policy updates to assess system impacts and support development of System Change Requests (SCRs).

Support system integrations, data migration, reporting solutions, and KPI development.

Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and support restoration and resolution activities as needed.

Coordinate end-user support, user training activities, and development of training materials and system guidance documentation.

Ensure all systems and workflows operate in compliance with applicable Federal, DoW, and DON requirements.
This is a full time, salaried, exempt position.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Technology Management, or a related field.

Minimum of eight (8) years' experience developing and supporting management information systems, at least three (3) years in a technical lead or supervisory capacity.

Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) preferred.

Minimum of three (3) years' experience developing, testing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Experience supporting all phases of the product lifecycle, including analysis and design, coding, testing, documentation, and configuration management.

Proven experience developing, testing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Platform applications.

Experience supporting compliance-driven workflows, including protocol tracking, approval routing, audit readiness, and reporting.

Experience administering Microsoft SharePoint sites and data.

Experience supporting DoW or DO) systems and operations.

Experience supporting Navy Flank Speed (NFS) M365 environments.

Experience supporting Agile Scrum development environments and Azure DevOps workflows.

Active U.S. Government security clearance is required.
