Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that production targets are met. You will also be responsible for managing a team of production workers and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Duties:
· Responsible for identifying potential conditions or activities that could lead to an emergency situation and communicate the occurrence of any such incident to the superior or member of the Emergency Response Team.
· To attend the daily Production meeting.
· To carry out any additional duties assigned by their superior.
Qualifications:
- Requires 3- 5 years of diverse experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of basic principles of supervision and leadership, planning and scheduling of work assignments, handling of personnel problems, is essential.
- Demonstrated experience working on a production line.
- Demonstrated management of key performance indicators and driving daily results.
- Knowledge in ERP software preferred.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a collaborative, solution focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
