Operations Support Assistant
Novo Guitars is looking for a reliable, hands-on person to help with shipping, facility upkeep, and other projects in our manufacturing facility. You will report to the Operations & Facilities Manager. This job is a good fit if you like staying busy, working with your hands, solving problems, and helping things run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Package and prepare outbound shipments.
- Receive and organize incoming deliveries.
- Maintain shipping and storage areas.
- Restock restrooms, break areas, and facility supplies.
- Perform routine facility walkthroughs.
- Assemble shelving, furniture, and equipment.
- Assist with minor maintenance and facility projects.
- Move materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Break down cardboard and maintain common areas.
- Support vendors, contractors, and special projects.
- Help identify and address facility, safety, and housekeeping concerns.
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic hand tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
