Job Details

Position: LPN (Contract-to-Perm)

Location: NY 13165
Contract Length: 05/12/2026 – 08/15/2026 (~13 weeks)
Pay: $1,269 – $1,432/week
Schedule: 8-hour shifts (12-hour clock format)
Orientation Requirement: Must be able to start full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday
Minimum Shift Requirement: 24 hours (3 shifts) within a 4-week period; at least 2 weekend shifts required
Additional Requirements: Every other weekend (EOW) and holidays required

Provide direct/indirect nursing care to adult & geriatric residents under RN supervision
Monitor patient status; collect/report clinical & psychosocial data
Support, implement, and update individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, residents, and families
Maintain competency, ensure safety, and follow all clinical protocols
Assist with staff orientation/mentorship and uphold quality care standards
