Pay Rate /Amenities:
- 60/40 fee split (average of $65-$100/per 60 minute session, depending on licensure and insurance reimbursement rates) with option to increase fee split percentage, depending on experience, caseload and time with the practice

Qualifications
- Active Michigan license in good standing (LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LP)
- Limited licensed professionals may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on experience, training, supervision arrangements, and overall fit
- Interest in Relational Trauma Recovery as a clinical specialty
- Experience working with adult clients with Trauma
- Ability to provide evidence-based clinical practice in the counseling process
- Ability to appropriately integrate Christian faith and Biblical principles (when requested).
- Alignment with the mission of helping adults heal from Relational Trauma and develop healthier boundaries, relationships, and self-worth
Preferred
- EMDR training or willingness to pursue EMDR training
- Familiarity with Attachment Theory, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic approaches, or related trauma treatment modalities
Pay: $65.00 - $100.00 per hour
