Superior Tape & Label is a family business where anyone has the opportunity to challenge themselves to learn something completely new. Yes, we are a printing company but we also extrude adhesives, as well as develop and build machines for the fruit and produce industry.
For 30 years, Superior Tape & Label has operated in Gresham, Oregon. Over the last 5 years, we have grown and added new equipment, product lines and employees. We began as a Flexographic Printing Company in one building on a quiet street in Gresham. We now fill up three buildings on the same street where we began which has allowed us to expand into Adhesive coating, Gravure printing, 3D printing and equipment design.
Position
We are hiring in our finishing departments. This is an entry level manufacturing position that requires no advance training. Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and pass drug test/background checks.
No experience required
We are more than happy to train someone with absolutely no experience, we do it all the time. However, if you have been successful in other manufacturing jobs regardless of the industry, we absolutely take this into consideration. What is the application process?
Contact us to set up an interview! When you arrive you will need to complete a basic multiple-choice mechanical aptitude test which usually takes about 30 minutes prior to the interview.
Shifts available
1. Weekday Schedule: Mon – Thurs 5PM – 5AM
Compensation
$17 base up to $18 with experience (with room for advancement).
Daily shift differential of $1/hr.
Additional incentive pay after 90 days paid monthly. Currently up to $2.68/hr additional.
