STNA CNA HHA Experienced Caregiver

FirstLight Home Care is building an Elite Float Team of experienced caregivers who provide coverage when clients need help most. These are some of the most important caregivers on our team because they ensure our clients never go without care.
Unlike traditional caregiving positions, members of our Elite Float Team receive guaranteed pay for scheduled availability, even when they are not assigned to a client shift.
In return, we are looking for caregivers who are reliable, responsive, flexible, and ready to step in when needed.

Qualifications
- STNA License Preferred
- Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience required
- Experience with dementia care required
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required
- Ability to travel throughout Summit, Stark, Medina, Portage, and Southern Cuyahoga counties required
- Ability to remain available and respond during scheduled Float Team hours required
