Loco Pez Mexican taqueria restaurant and bar on the corner of 47th and Baltimore Ave., is hiring a Bartender to join our team. Ideal candidate would be open to serving shifts as well. We are looking for energetic, personable and service driven people who love a fast-paced environment and share in our passion for simple, delicious and approachable Tex-Mex cuisine.
Bartenders should have a minimum of two years of experience in a high volume, full-service environment. Bartenders are bright, positive, honest people with a lot of hustle who genuinely care about the guest. Our service staff is a team of professionals, and every member is there to support each other. As an organization we value teaching, and promotion from within.
This position consists of a combination of daytime and evening shifts. Must have availability Tuesdays days and Friday evenings. Please include availability in your resume or cover letter.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant.
- A confident and vibrant personality.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
- A cooperative instinct.
- Must work well in fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
