Landscape Endeavors, Inc. is a growing commercial landscape company serving the greater Colorado Springs area. We are looking for dependable, hard-working Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our team. This position works on commercial properties performing landscape maintenance services and helping keep sites clean, safe, and professionally maintained.

Perform commercial landscape maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, trash pick-up, and general site clean-up

Assist with pruning, weed control, mulch work, seasonal clean-ups, and other maintenance tasks as assigned

Operate hand tools and landscape equipment such as string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and walk-behind mowers

Follow direction from the Foreman or Crew Lead and complete work efficiently and safely

Help maintain clean trucks, trailers, and equipment

Watch for property issues such as irrigation leaks, damage, hazards, or service concerns and report them to the crew leader

Represent Landscape Endeavors, Inc. professionally while working on customer properties

Ability to work outdoors in all typical weather conditions

Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects

Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite

Landscape maintenance experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
