We're searching for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead the charge. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building strong teams, and want to be part of something that's scaling up quickly, this is your opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee daily operations, front & back-of-house efficiency, and expanding catering/events
- Lead, train, and inspire our dedicated team
- Uphold exceptional food quality, safety standards, and that legendary smoky flavor
- Manage inventory, cost controls, and SOPs
- Drive customer satisfaction while supporting our growth into new locations and opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in restaurant operations management
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for food, people, and hospitality
- Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on—ready to jump in wherever needed
- Growth mindset and experience scaling operations is a huge plus!
No BBQ-specific experience required—we'll teach you the smoke if you've got the drive and operational chops.
