We are looking for a sharp, adaptable, and highly motivated Technical Project Manager to lead exciting technology, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives from start to finish.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who likes bringing order to complexity, making sense of ambiguity, and turning big ideas into real results. You won’t just coordinate tasks , you’ll own projects, guide conversations, connect people, solve problems, and help teams move confidently from “what are we doing?” to “we’ve got this.”
In this role, you’ll lead both the technical delivery and the people side of change. That could mean rolling out new systems, automating workflows, redesigning processes, supporting employee transitions, enabling users, or helping departments adapt to new ways of working. If you’re energized by variety, collaboration, and meaningful impact, this role is for you.

- Can jump into unfamiliar technical or business conversations and quickly get up to speed.
- Feels comfortable leading clients, developers, employees, department leaders, and executives through decisions and next steps.
- Understands that a successful project is about more than launching a solution — it’s about making sure people can actually use and embrace it.
- Can assess how change will affect roles, workflows, teams, and organizational structures.
- Has experience supporting adoption, employee enablement, process transformation, workforce transitions, or departmental change.
- Handles resistance, uncertainty, and competing priorities with professionalism and confidence.
- Translates complex ideas into clear, practical business language.
- Knows when to move forward independently and when to escalate.
- Can juggle multiple priorities while staying organized, accountable, and detail-oriented.
