HVAC Technician (3+ Years Experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and/or light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a commitment to quality workmanship, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using testing devices and technical manuals
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
- Provide clear communication with customers regarding service recommendations and system operation
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Safely handle refrigerants and comply with EPA regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of HVAC technician experience
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- HVAC trade school certification or apprenticeship completion
- Experience with residential and light commercial systems
- NATE certification (a plus)
