We’re looking for neurodiversity-affirming, reliable, and fun-loving individuals to join our team as Peer Support for Neurodivergent Adults.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing in-home or community-based respite care for adolescents-young adults with diverse abilities in a safe, respectful, and affirming environment
- Providing support through emotional regulation
- Providing executive functioning support
- Providing person-centered care, showing engagement, attentiveness, and empathy
- Supporting individuals through connection-based care, not compliance-based methods
- Engaging in peer support including activities of daily living, goal-oriented home and community engagement, and social support
- Supporting daily routines in ways that respect each individual’s communication style, sensory needs, and autonomy
- Giving families meaningful, trusted breaks while building genuine relationships with the individuals you support

- Experience with neurodivergent adolescents and young adults preferred
- Reliable transportation and openness to flexible, family-centered care
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain basic certifications (or willingness to complete them)
