Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Join our compassionate team at Searstone Retirement Community, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) dedicated to providing exceptional care across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents who require clinical care, daily assistance, and specialized memory support — helping them feel safe, respected, and truly at home.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on care with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support residents in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care neighborhoods
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Offer compassionate companionship and reassurance
- Ensure a safe, clean, and dignified living environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Active CNA certification in North Carolina
- Experience in skilled or memory care preferred (but not required)
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Team-oriented with a heart for senior care
- Work every other weekend.
