Duties
- Conduct outbound door-to-door visits to prospective customers within assigned territories, delivering compelling product presentations.
- Utilize sales technology tools such as CRM software and Salesforce Cloud to track leads, manage customer information, and document interactions efficiently.
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Negotiate deals confidently while maintaining a customer-focused approach to ensure mutual satisfaction and deal closing success.
- Use warm calling techniques to follow up with potential clients, nurture relationships, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience during every interaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to perform outbound calling, warm calling, and door-to-door outreach confidently.
- Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) sales processes and technical sales techniques is a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection positively while maintaining motivation and professionalism throughout the sales process.
- Prior experience in customer service or marketing roles will be advantageous.
