Responsibilities

- Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and organizing storage areas
- Handle food items with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality
- Collaborate with team members during catering or banquet events to support food service operations
- Follow all sanitation guidelines and safety protocols consistently throughout your shift
Skills
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including basic cooking and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with catering, banquet service, or hotel food service is a plus
