Duties
- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our physical therapy services within the community
- Conduct event marketing activities such as health fairs, community workshops, and outreach presentations to promote our clinic’s offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, explaining treatment options, and guiding potential clients through initial consultations
- Demonstrate products and services through engaging demos to educate the public about physical therapy benefits
- Build strong relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community groups to expand our network
- Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse populations and ensure inclusivity in outreach efforts
- Collect feedback from community events to assess impact and identify opportunities for future growth
Requirements
- Proven experience or interest in marketing, event planning, or community outreach
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident public speaking presence
- Ability to conduct product demos and explain complex health concepts clearly and engagingly
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
