- You will act as the technical expert for all aspects of non-compliance and productions issues:
o Expert in problem-solving and troubleshooting, follow-up, and solution implementation
o Expert in data collection and documentation methodology during non-quality incidents
o Collaborator on ad hoc and/or recurring technical issues requiring a problem-solving approach and
scientific methodology
o Cross functioning collaborator with internal and external departments
- High-voltage health and safety expert, in accordance with Ecotuned guidelines, in the context of safety,
quality, productivity, development, and/or implementation:
o Specialized tools: Research, training, deployment, and monitoring in production
o Specialized equipment: training, deployment, and monitoring in production
o Applied methods, including documentation, training, and monitoring in production
o Health and safety trainer for Ecotuned high-voltage systems for our workers
- Collaborator for continuous improvement projects
- Collaborator as a technical representative in product development with engineering teams
- Collaborator/participant in vehicle start-up
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (CPI) or electrical/electromechanical technician (with equivalent
experience);
- Knowledge of advanced diagnostics in the electrical field, 12V distribution
- Knowledge of high-voltage systems (>400V) in the automotive industry and automotive standards
(SAE)
- Knowledge of CAN bus concepts and software (e.g., BUSmaster)
- Knowledge of best practices in harness manufacturing (low and high voltage)
- Knowledge of high-voltage safety principles
- Ability to work in a constantly evolving manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform manual tasks
- Ability to perform work efficiently, innovatively and accurately
- Ability to set and manage priorities and communicate effectively
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Bilingual (French and English)
