We are currently seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a Server. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our valued guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Present menus, explain menu items, and answer guests' questions
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor guests' dining experience and promptly respond to requests or concerns
- Refill beverages, clear used dishes, and maintain clean and organized tables
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with hosts, bussers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
- Thank guests for dining with us and invite them to return
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Weekend availability is strongly preferred
- We are currently looking for team members who can work more weekend shifts
- Prior serving experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and carry trays, dishes, and other restaurant items as needed
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Washington State Food Worker Card, and MAST Permit before starting work
