We're looking for an experienced and passionate server to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience working in a fine dining restaurant, is familiar with wine pairings and enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment. This position requires to be 18 years of age or older, excellent customer service skills, which ideally include the ability to work well with a team and the confidence to manage high volumes of customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Give customers their food in a prompt manner.
- Be able to handle multiple tables at once.
- Be able to keep up with the restaurant's busy schedule.
- Be able to serve meals quickly.
- Be aware of the different types of wine and beers the restaurant offers.
- Know how to properly describe menu items.
- Be capable of taking drink orders and delivering them in a timely fashion.
- Insist on proper tipping etiquette.
- Be friendly toward customers.
