BuyLow Warehouse is looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Checkout Attendant to be the welcoming face of our operation. In this role, you’ll manage the checkout process, assist customers with purchases, and ensure every interaction is smooth, efficient, and positive. You’ll be part problem-solver, part organizer, and a key ambassador for our brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, welcoming checkout experience
- Accurately ring up purchases and process payments
- Ensure all transactions are handled quickly, correctly, and securely
- Answer customer questions about pricing, policies, and products
- Communicate clearly about store procedures and expectations
- Handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism, confidence, and respect
- De-escalate issues when possible while upholding company policies and boundaries
- Assist with stocking and organizing merchandise on a regular schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient checkout area
- Stay active throughout your shift, including standing, walking, and handling merchandise
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has a friendly, patient, and approachable personality
- Communicates clearly and confidently—even during busy or stressful situations
- Is comfortable dealing with difficult customers and can remain calm without being easily rattled
- Knows how to balance excellent service with firm adherence to policies—you’re helpful, but not a pushover
- Stays solution-oriented while maintaining professionalism and composure
- Is organized and detail-focused, ensuring accuracy in every transaction
- Can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Works well independently and as part of a team
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic technology
- Ability to lift and handle merchandise as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work during high-traffic periods
