The Role
We are looking for a professional, tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our IH35 North location in Austin. This is a full-time position focused on providing technical solutions to both retail walk-ins and B2B clients. The ideal candidate isn't just looking to "sell"—they are looking to consult, troubleshoot, and ensure our customers walk away with the exact hardware they need.
Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of current computer hardware and components.
- Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with basic networking concepts and equipment.
- Consultative Mindset: Ability to research technical specifications and provide tailored solutions based on unique customer requests.
- Customer Excellence: A positive attitude with a commitment to providing professional, friendly service.
- Experience: Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a technical sales environment is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be able to work during all hours of operation, including Saturdays.

Hours of Operation
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Closed on Sundays
