What You Will Be Doing
As a Field Technician at Swift Serve, you will be an essential part of delivering premium exterior cleaning and lighting services to residential and commercial clients. Services include:
- Roof Moss Removal
- Window Cleaning
- Gutter Cleaning
- Soft Wash House Washing
- Pressure Washing
- Christmas Light Installation & Removal
- Permanent Lighting Installation
No two days are exactly the same. You will be working outdoors, on roofs, on ladders, and alongside a team that holds itself to a high standard.
Compensation & Schedule
We believe in paying our team what they are worth — and rewarding people who grow.
- Starting Pay: $20–$25/hr depending on experience and skill level
- Overtime available: Full-time position, 40–50 hours per week
- Weekend work available during peak seasons
- Performance bonuses available during Christmas Light season (October–December)
- Path to growth: High performers have the opportunity to move into a commission-based earning model over time
