Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency.
- Maintain floors through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and applying appropriate floor care techniques to preserve their appearance and safety.
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing specific cleaning requests and ensuring satisfaction with the cleanliness of spaces.
- Handle janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition.
- Support housekeeping management by assisting with scheduling, inventory management, and training new team members when needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to perform janitorial tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of custodial equipment operation and maintenance is preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is advantageous.
