Position: Architectural Project Manager

Compensation: $70,000 - $105,000 / year (commensurate with experience)
The ideal candidate should have the skills to contribute in a collaborative team atmosphere and the initiative to grow within the firm. A highly motivated and organized individual with demonstrated technical skills and the ability to lead the project team as necessary to meet project deadlines is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and construction documents.
- Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate assignments.
- Ability to lead and participate in the conceptualization, development, and refinement of design concepts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including interior designers and engineers, to ensure integration of design across project phases.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Assist in the selection of materials and systems in support of sustainable design solutions.
- Perform code and review design solutions to ensure compliance with building codes and ADA requirements.
- Conduct field observation visits to ensure adherence to Construction Documents
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of work experience in an architectural office with direct involvement in all phases of the design process
- Healthcare design experience preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of building codes, specifications, and construction techniques.
- NAAB accredited degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) - Required
- Registered Architect preferred, but not required
- AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop & Microsoft Office proficiency - Required
- Microsoft Project experience a plus
- Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling experience to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated skills in free hand drawing and sketching
- Must be able to work on-site, in-person, 5 days a week
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
