Job Overview
ELCO Apparel is hiring a Screen Print Assistant to support our Screen Print Team in a fast-paced production environment.
This is a hands-on, detail-focused role where you will work directly with the Screen Print Operator as a second set of eyes to ensure product quality before garments move to the dryer.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setup and breakdown of screen print jobs
- Unload printed garments from press equipment
- Act as a quality control checkpoint during production
- Identify print issues before garments reach the dryer
- Monitor ink levels during production runs
- Support the Screen Print Operator to maintain workflow and pace
- Keep work area clean and organized

- Quick on your feet and able to stay focused under pressure
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Ability to work with wet ink, screens, and production equipment
Physical Requirements
- Standing for extended periods
- Repetitive motion and active movement throughout shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working in a warehouse production environment
Compensation
Starting pay: $15.00/hour
Paid training provided
Monday–Friday schedule
