Compensation & Benefits Service Lot Attendant pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 an hour. Payroll is paid on the 5th and 20th of each month. Eligible benefits include:
- Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Benefits available for full-time employees & their families, would begin 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Two programs: base and buy up.
- Overtime is paid at time and half.
- Paid Time Off is Accrual basis for the first 3 year at 1hour earned for every 40 hours worked. After 3 years, on anniversary date of employment, PTO is frontloaded. 3 – 5 years = 96 PTO hours, 6 – 9 years = 112 PTO hours, 10 – 14 years = 145 hours and 15 years and over = 160 PTO hours.

Responsibilities
- Check and communicate oil level to teammates
- Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
- Complete vehicle inspection
- Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
- Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
- Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
- Be able to lift 50lbs. to shoulder level.
Qualifications
- One year oil change experience.
- Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
- Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
- Basic computer skills
