10 Years +- experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferable with some experience in pre-construction activities

Technical college degree, 4-year degree preferred

Extensive knowledge of construction means and methods

Good understanding of building codes and requirements

Solid understanding of MS Office and Excel. Other software used: Smartsheet, PlanGrid
-
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings with a general understanding of Civil Engineering plans, and MEP Design

Highly detail-oriented and organized individual who takes pride in work produced
-
People person. Able to work with a variety of teams to reach common goals

Assist the DPC as needed with various tasks
