Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mall Manager to oversee the daily operations, financial performance, and tenant relationships of our shopping center. The ideal candidate will ensure a high-quality customer experience, maintain strong occupancy rates, and drive overall profitability while upholding the property’s brand and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the mall, including facilities, security, and maintenance
- Manage and build strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Monitor leasing activity, coordinate with leasing teams, and support occupancy goals
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional events to increase foot traffic
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and expense controls
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Supervise and lead on-site staff, contractors, and vendors
- Address customer concerns and maintain a high standard of customer service
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and visitor experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience, ideally in retail, property management, or hospitality
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in tenant relations and lease management is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
