What You’ll Do
- Design and develop interactive technical curriculum across engineering and industrial technology topics
- Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences for a wide range of learners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, multimedia, software, equipment development, and publishing) to build cohesive training systems
- Research and integrate emerging technologies and concepts into new and existing content
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Automation, Logistics, Process Control, etc.)
- Strong technical foundation in your area of expertise
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in or near the Louisville metro area
- Professional proficiency in English and U.S. work authorization
Nice to Have
- Experience or familiarity with industrial networking
- Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and word processing tools
