Your Role
As an MDS Nurse at Resolve Harmony Center, you will ensure timely completion of interdisciplinary MDS assessments, CCAs, and Care Plans that meet State and Federal guidelines. You will assist in identifying resident acuity and needs, along with coordinating communication between residents, family members, medical staff, administrative staff, & payor source.
