We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Produce Team Member to join our Pittsfield store! If you love working with fresh fruits and vegetables, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, this could be a great fit for you.
This is a part-time position with potential growth opportunities for strong performers.
Schedule: Potential shifts include 5:00AM to 12:00PM or 5:00AM to 1:00PM, with weekend availability required.
Pay Range: Up to $17.50/hour, experience is a plus but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in the produce department
- Monitor and maintain the quality of all fruits, vegetables, and other produce
- Rotate stock and ensure proper product displays
- Unload deliveries and stock shelves as needed
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment
- Assist with bagging when necessary
- Lift up to 50 lbs and work at a fast pace
- Perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and standing
