We're seeking a dependable and experienced Fleet Maintenance Technician to help maintain and repair our growing fleet while supporting daily operations in Kansas City, MO.

- Perform routine preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Conduct detailed vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational performance
- Repair and replace components including brakes, steering systems, suspension, and other critical vehicle systems
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair orders, and service documentation
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and maintenance leadership to meet service schedules and deadlines
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to identify vehicle issues
- Help reduce downtime through proactive maintenance and timely repairs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Previous experience as a Fleet Maintenance Technician, Automotive Technician, Service Technician, Fleet Technician, or Diesel Technician preferred
- Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures
- Ability to identify mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective repair solutions
- Experience working on fleet vehicles is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, safety-focused, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license required
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required
