Stoughton Country Club is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Membership & Events Coordinator to help create memorable experiences for our members and guests.
This isn't your typical desk job.
One day you'll be giving a tour to a family considering membership.
The next you'll be planning a bourbon tasting, coordinating a wedding reception, promoting a family golf event, or welcoming new members into our club community.
If you enjoy variety, people, creativity, and hospitality, this might be your dream job.
What You'll Be Doing
✔ Growing our membership by welcoming prospective members and giving club tours.
✔ Creating unforgettable member events—from wine dinners and holiday celebrations to family nights and themed parties.
✔ Helping coordinate weddings, banquets, golf outings, and private events.
✔ Managing newsletters, social media, website updates, and member communications.
✔ Working alongside an incredible team to build a vibrant club culture.
✔ Being one of the smiling faces that members know by name.

Experience in hospitality, event planning, country clubs, customer service, sales, or marketing is a big plus—but attitude, personality, and a passion for service matter just as much.
