We are a professional service organization that has been in business since 1999 and are currently looking for reliable administrative support. This is an in-person position and requires working on-site.
As a motivated and detail-oriented team member, you will be an integral part of our team and will play a critical role in administrative operations and support functions within our office.
Job Description
Openness to adopting AI solutions to streamline tasks and improve workflow efficiency
Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Process incoming and outgoing faxes.
Sort and distribute mail and packages.
Maintain Client email list and other databases, assist staff with tracking business contacts, update letter and other print materials, assist with organization and coordination of firm marketing and social events and projects.
Financial statement preparation, including typing, proofreading, copying, and assembling.
Frequent written and oral communication with clients, Firm staff, and others.
Protect Firm’s value by keeping information confidential; maintain Firm’s reputation by complying with regulations and professional ethics.
Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Work with our Tax Department to learn 1099 and 1040 tax procedures.
Additional Duties (other duties may be assigned)
Prepare mail and UPS packages for mailing.
Maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards.
As a staff member, you may be required to check in with any of your supervisors on a daily, weekly, or other appropriate interval.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
