Job Summary

Strong existing client base to market too.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness according to industry regulations to ensure client safety
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to provide innovative services
- Upsell retail products like nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently while providing exceptional customer service throughout each visit
- Strong Social media presence is a must.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of workstations and sterilization of tools following proper protocols
- Existing book of business is a plus
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a busy salon or spa environment
- Knowledge of color theory for nail art design and application techniques
- Familiarity with sanitation standards, sterilization procedures, and safety protocols in a beauty setting
- Basic understanding of cosmetology principles related to nail care, skin health, and body treatments,
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively using retail math principles
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members
