Road Service Technician
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour
Overtime: Paid at double-time rates
Job Summary
McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a
Road Service Technician to perform tire repairs and maintenance for commercial customers both in the shop and at roadside locations. This role offers hands-on work, paid training, career growth opportunities, and a strong safety-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair commercial tires.
- Travel to customer locations and provide roadside tire service and inspections.
- Safely operate company vehicles while complying with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Participate in training programs and follow all safety procedures.
- Provide on-call and after-hours service as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires, including mounting and dismounting, preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Work Environment
- Physical labor required, including lifting, carrying, standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday.
- Indoor and outdoor work environments, including roadside service calls in varying weather conditions.
