Manager of Bridges, Senior Civil Engineer, PE
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage strategy for design of bridge systems and per project and region

Act as a consultant and technical subject matter expert supporting technical specifications through a technical sales team among clients at the: DOTs, infrastructure engineering groups and state and local agencies

Track industry trends, code updates, and best practices; drive innovation and continuous product improvements
Qualifications
-
Excellent client relationship, communication, project management, and team leadership skills.

Active Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE) in any US state. Multiple state licensure a plus!

Bachelors degree or greater in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of expertise in Bridge design, infrastructure design and construction with demonstrated Project Leadership.

Design your travel to client and project sites in the US per region as required (40%-50%.)

Base salary DOE $140,000 - $150,000+ 20% Bonus, OTE $180,000
