Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Current knowledge of best practices in assessment and intervention for school-aged clients
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based setting
- Write and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students, individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and special education staff to support student success
- Provide regular progress monitoring and maintain thorough documentation
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary student support teams
