We’re expanding our team and looking for Behavior Technicians (BTs & RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy across NYC.

What You’ll Do

Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy

Work with a BCBA to support skill development

Track progress and create a safe, positive environment
Compensation

Competitive hourly pay $$$ based on experience, location, availability, and languages spoken.

Free 40-hour RBT training (online)

Certification exam reimbursement

Requirements

Experience with children (preferred, not required)

Willing to obtain RBT certification within 3 weeks
