Responsibilities:
- Conduct field measurements and document existing conditions with photographs.
- Assist in resolving technical and design challenges.
- Ensure construction documentation aligns with quality assurance, quality control, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of building construction and the ability to produce clear technical documentation.
- Familiarity with building codes, standards, and structural systems.
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented.
- Creative thinker with a passion for design innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from accredited university
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required).
- Experience with SketchUp (a plus).
Compensation:
- $15 to $20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
